  1. It’s clear that your wife doesn’t respect your boundaries. Self care is very important as it’s a way to prevent burn outs. Sucks, but maybe lock the door to the bedroom when you’re in there. And literally ignore her. Headphones something. If it doesn’t work yup best bet is to take a full day outside the house, hotel, friends, family any place that won’t be crowded.
