  1. NTA but maybe I would have handled it a different way. Maybe instead of kicking them out, you gently ask the SIL if she would like to lay down in another room so that way the kiddos can still enjoy Christmas without being disrupted. Then once they’re done, then kindly say he maybe you should head to the hospital, would you like to leave the kids here with us so you both can get her checked out ? I would be happy to watch the kids so they don’t get upset about Christmas being a little different this year due to your pregnancy! ( I don’t want to upset you in any way so I hope that didn’t come off as offensive)
